1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Fluxco Mobile Detailing website at https://fluxcomobiledetailing.online and by booking or receiving any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Fluxco Mobile Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services in Traverse City, Michigan and surrounding areas. We come to your location to perform interior, exterior, and combination detailing services. Specific service packages and starting prices are described on our services page. We strive to deliver quality work; however, results may vary based on the condition, age, and material of your vehicle.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate we provide is an approximation based on the information you share with us, such as vehicle type and selected service package. Final pricing is determined by the actual condition of the vehicle at the time of service, including the level of soiling, presence of stains, pet hair, odors, paint condition, and any additional work requested on-site. If the condition of your vehicle requires work beyond the selected package, we will provide a revised quote before performing the additional work. Final payment is based on the services actually performed.

4. Access to the Vehicle and Work Location

You agree to provide our team with reasonable and safe access to your vehicle and a suitable location to perform the detailing service. This includes providing a legal parking space, access to the vehicle (including keys or unlock instructions when needed), and, where required for certain services, access to an electrical outlet or water source. If access is not available at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule, and a return-trip fee may apply.

5. Customer Belongings

You are responsible for removing personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle, including valuables, electronics, documents, or other property. Please secure or remove any items you do not want moved or cleaned around during the detailing process.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement for prepayment for future bookings. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, and we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment time.

7. Payment Obligations

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at the time of booking or service. If a payment is declined or remains unpaid, you remain responsible for the full amount of the services performed, and we may pursue collection of any outstanding balance, including reasonable collection costs permitted by law.

8. Service Limitations

Detailing services have inherent limitations. Some stains, odors, scratches, paint defects, or contamination may not be fully removable. Pre-existing damage, clear-coat failure, faded or oxidized trim, and similar conditions may not be correctable through standard detailing. We do not guarantee specific results in all cases, and we make no guarantees beyond the scope of the service package purchased. You agree to disclose any known issues with your vehicle, including sensitive surfaces, aftermarket modifications, or existing damage, prior to service. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if a vehicle's condition poses a risk to our team, your property, or our equipment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluxco Mobile Detailing, its owner, and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions that cannot be remedied through detailing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fluxco Mobile Detailing and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in or serving Traverse City, Michigan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
